OYA Basketball 2025

OYA Basketball offers an instructional, but competitive opportunity for your child to play. Teams feature about 8 to 9 players per team in each age group.

Teams compete in

5/6- TBD of practice time and then they will play two 10 minute halves at Redemption Point Church on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd

7/8- 1 practice per week (coach may find another practice) 1 game per week at Redemption Point Church on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd

9/10-1 practice per week at Redemption Point Church on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd (coach may find another practice) 1 game per week at Ooltewah Middle School on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd

11/12-1 practice per week at Redemption Point Church on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd (coach may find another practice) 1 game per week at Ooltewah Middle School on Ooltewah Ringgold Rd

Age groups are based on your age on January 1, 2025 (example your birthday is Dec 2 and you turn 9 you will be in 9-10 age group NO EXCEPTIONS you can NOT play down)

2nd and 3rd Grade Girls

OYA BASKETBALL CAMP 2024

BASKETBALL CAMP RAN BY OOLTEWAH MIDDLE SCHOOL COACHES. THIS IS A ONE DAY CAMP.

YOU WILL LEARN DRIBBLING, SHOOTING, AND DEFENSE. COACH WILLIAMS HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 30 YEARS.

THIS IS A FUNDRAISER FOR OMS BASKETBALL BUT MORE THIS IS TO GET OUT OF THE HOUSE AND JUMP START OUR BASKETBALL SEASON.

Cheer for Basketball 2025

Please read the Cheer Information page in its entirety before registering for Cheer-leading.

Note: We do not guarantee coaches or squads, but we will take into consideration all requests.

The $80 covers registration fee, t-shirt, and end of the season trophy. Uniforms will be sold separately.

A team store will be opened the last week of November to order uniforms. You will receive an email with a link to this store with instructions.

Practices and games will start in January.
